OUR STORY
BUILT ON EXPERIENCE
Common Ground Building Management was established by Chris and Camille Laycock, bringing nearly two decades of experience in Auckland’s building management sector. They previously founded and led Constant Building Management for 18 years, working across residential and mixed-use buildings before selling the business in late 2024.
Many of those buildings remained under management for over a decade, reflecting a stable, hands-on approach.
